Programs
We offer a wide variety of job opportunities as we have 35 programs located throughout the San Fernando Valley. Although some of these opportunities are in the Administrative Offices, the majority of them are out in the field helping individuals as case managers, social workers, therapists and nurses.
Benefits

Master's Degree in Human Services, or related field equivalent. Current registration with the BBS as LMFT or LCSW, or MFTI or ACSW
Minimum two (2) years experience in a mental health setting. Community mental health experience desirable. Experience with the severely, mentally ill desirable. Experience working with juvenile offenders and or forensic settings. Experience treating substance abuse and dual diagnosis.
BA/BS Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English or related field. Minimum of two years experience professional development experience in a non-profit charitable organization setting.

BA or BS in Psychology or related field. One year experience as a Child and Family Specialist and demonstrated ability to provide leadership and mentoring. Bilingual Spanish preferred.
CAADE, CAADAC or RAS Certification, Bilingual Spanish.
Experience administering web-based Addiction Severity Index (ASI) assessments along with a working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office programs and the ASI, knowledge of signs and symptoms of mental illness and co-occuring disorders.
MFTI, ACSW, plus 2 years of experience in a behavioral health care; experience with homeless chronic mentally ill. Knowledge of DSMIV required. Chemical dependency experience preferred.
Bachelor's Degree in Counseling plus 2 years of experience providing vocational rehabilitation or related services to the mentally ill youth and or adults. Bilingual highly preferred.
MA/Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in counseling, social work, or related field - BBS licensed eligible required. Minimum two (2) years experience in a mental health setting working with children and families. Community mental health experience desirable. Experience with the severely emotionally disturbed desirable.
Experience with homeless and multi-diagnosed individuals preferred.
M.D./Ph.D., One year residency.
Valid certificate in Psychiatry issued by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology or be eligible for such a certificate.
LICENSURE:
M.D. and DEA certification.

Internships (unpaid) are available for Masters, Ph.D., Psy.D. or Post-Docs. The new students are accepted into the program in January, May and August. Applications are accepted until positions are filled but apply at least one month before expected start date. We are currently accepting applications for May and August.
