SFVCMHC is a Proud Participant in the 100,000 Homes Campaign!

The 100,000 Homes Campaign is an effort to find and place the most vulnerable, long-term homeless individuals into permanent housing by July 2013. Center staff will help to create a by-name registry of homeless individuals living in shelters and homeless encampments. Homeless individuals will then be prioritized based on those who have been on the street the longest and who are identified as being the most vulnerable. This will take place from August 29 - 31.

Other provider agencies participating include: LA Family Housing, Northeast Valley Health Corporation, Tarzana Treatment Center, Chrysalis, and People in Progress.

The Center offers a continuum of services for the homeless, including a day-time drop in Center and transitional housing for more than 400 individuals. To learn more about the Center's programs and services offered, go to: http://www.movinglivesforward.org/program
