Charlie Rubin is in charge of all volunteers for the Center. He created a volunteer program beginning in 2011 that supports the Center’s programs at all levels — helping staff and clients. Having been a Store Director for Albertson’s for more than 30 years and serving as a Past President of the Center’s Board of Directors, he has brought his managerial skills, organizational ability, and boundless enthusiasm to design and implement a successful volunteer program. The volunteers directly strengthen and extend the services we provide, multiplying the Center’s effectiveness in serving those with serious mental illness. Charlie’s efforts in developing, training, and managing a volunteer base have directly and positively impacted many lives and will continue to do so!
